Xperience Physical Therapy P.C. is proud to retain the services of Niki Bennett, owner of the Miami-based SageNSun LLC. 

Niki provides cornerstone services to Xperience Physical Therapy, bringing over a decade of medical practice management experience to our facility.

As a back-office Operations Provider, Niki ensures seamless operations, expertly handling:

• Scheduling
• Accounting, billing, and coding
• Insurance Verification
• Claims Follow-up
• EMR Management
• General office support

Her role is pivotal in coordinating patient services and facilitating an excellent patient experience. Niki is the go-to person for clients and business representatives, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.

Niki’s problem-solving skills and creative approach to office management make her an asset to the facility. Her warm personality and dedication to her role reflect her passion for helping people.

Outside of work, Niki enjoys quality time with her fur babies and family. She is also extremely passionate about health and wellness.
