What Insurances Do We Take?
We are proud to be in-network with most major commercial and government insurances in and out of Westchester County. Workers Compensation and No-Fault cases are also accepted. Most plans do not require a prescription from your doctor to begin treatment, so don’t hesitate to schedule an appointment today!

Your initial visit includes a comprehensive evaluation by a licensed physical therapist who will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals and needs.

What should I wear to my therapy sessions?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to the area needing treatment. Shorts or loose sweatpants are ideal for lower body issues.
